Eng. Youssef Bastawisy
Youssef Bastawisy is an Applied AI Engineer at Cycls and a Data Science Instructor at the Arabian Academy, specializing in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and applied AI solutions.
He has hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics, and has previously worked with WorldQuant University and Programmers Elite School (PES) on data-driven learning projects.
At IADM, he teaches in the Certified AI & Business Manager (CAIBM) program, focusing on AI implementation, data strategy, and analytics-driven business transformation.

Joseph Dilger is a senior data protection and AI governance expert with over 20 years of experience in the UK public sector. He has served as Data Protection Officer at the Universities of Winchester, Hull, and London South Bank, and held key compliance roles at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Holding an LL.B. and LL.M., and multiple IAPP certifications including AI Governance Professional (AIGP), Joseph combines legal depth with hands-on regulatory experience, bridging law, technology, and responsible AI governance.

Holding an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, he combines deep analytical expertise with business acumen to deliver AI-driven insights and strategies that accelerate organizational growth.
He has led data science and analytics initiatives at companies including Agoda, Merkle DACH, and Quantackle, where he developed and deployed machine learning models, experimentation frameworks, and digital transformation consultations

Klaus is a cybersecurity expert with over 20 years of professional experience across leading technology companies, including Bosch and Mercedes-Benz, where he specialized in data protection, network security, and compliance management.
Holding a Master’s degree in Information Technology, he later focused his career on cybersecurity and digital risk management, working extensively in Switzerland on enterprise-level IT security frameworks and ISO 27001 implementation.
At IADM Academy, Klaus Lempke leads the course “Cybersecurity Awareness for Employees – GDPR & ISO 27001 Ready”, empowering professionals to recognize security risks, protect sensitive data, and ensure organizational compliance in the age of AI and digital transformation.
