About IADM
The International Academy for Digitalization and Management (IADM) Ltd was originally established in 2020 in Cologne, Germany, under the name German Management and Consulting Academy. In 2025, the organisation was rebranded and incorporated in the United Kingdom as IADM Ltd (Company No. 16931324) and today operates internationally, delivering executive education and professional training in digitalisation, artificial intelligence, governance, and modern management.
IADM is led by its Founder and CEO, Dr. Nurgül Aslan, an executive educator and governance specialist with a strong focus on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and CPD-aligned professional education. Under her leadership, IADM’s programmes are designed to combine academic rigour with practical relevance, supporting organisations and professionals in navigating technological and regulatory change.
IADM is a CPD-accredited provider (CPD Certification Service, Member No. 021006) and Educating Excellence (EE) accredited, reflecting high standards in programme design, delivery, and assessment. All programmes are aligned with key regulatory and governance frameworks, including the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (with a specific focus on Article 4 – AI Literacy), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Responsible AI principles.
