IADM, the International Academy for Digitalization & Management, is a UK-registered academy (IADM Ltd, Company No. 16931324) with offices in London and Cologne. We offer self-paced online courses in AI governance and AI management, so that professionals and organisations can use AI responsibly and in line with the EU AI Act.

Yes. IADM is a CPD Certified Provider (CPD Provider No. 021006), holds institutional accreditation from Educating Excellence (UK) and is an academic cooperation partner of FOM University of Applied Sciences in Germany. See Accreditation and Recognition.

IADM was founded by Nurgül Aslan, MBA, M.Sc., Founder and Managing Director and a Doctoral Researcher in EU AI Act compliance. The academy grew out of her doctoral research. Our courses are delivered by trainers with practical experience in AI governance, data protection, HR, project management and accounting ethics. Meet the team and faculty.

The Certified AI Officer (CAIO) is our flagship programme for executives and senior professionals who are responsible for AI. Across 13 self-paced modules it covers AI strategy, governance, the EU AI Act, risk management, GDPR and ISO/IEC 42001, with case studies and a practical toolkit. It carries 27 CPD hours and costs €990.

The Certified AI Officer (CAIO) carries 27 CPD hours. EU AI Act Article 4 AI Literacy, AI-Driven Project Management and Accounting Ethics and Compliance carry 8 CPD hours each. The Certified HR-AI Professional (CHRAI-P), the Certified AI Marketing Manager (CAIMM) and AI for Start-ups are accredited by Educating Excellence.

Yes, for the Certified HR-AI Professional (CHRAI-P) and the Certified AI Marketing Manager (CAIMM) you can pay in 2 or 3 monthly instalments. For other courses or team bookings, please contact us.

All courses are self-paced and fully online, so you can start at any time and learn on any device. There are no fixed dates or live sessions. Every learner joins the IADM learner community, where we share updates and resources, and has a dedicated contact person for questions, including subject-matter questions. Individual discussions can be arranged on request.

When you complete your course, including the final assessment where there is one, you receive a certificate by email. Every IADM certificate has a QR code, so employers and clients can check it at iadm.academy/verify.

Yes. Our CPD-certified courses give you a certificate that shows the CPD hours. AI-Driven Project Management is eligible for PMI PDU self-reporting, and Accounting Ethics and Compliance supports the CPD requirements of ACCA, CIMA and ICAEW members.

All courses are in English.

Since 2 February 2025, organisations that provide or use AI systems in the EU must take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff and anyone using AI on their behalf. Our CPD-certified Article 4 course gives employees that foundation and gives you a record of who has completed it.
