IADM (International Academy for Digitalization and Management) was founded in 2020 in Cologne, Germany, originally operating as the German Management & Consulting Academy (GMC Academy) with a strong focus on practice-oriented management education and consulting.

Between 2021 and 2024, IADM strategically expanded its scope towards digitalisation, artificial intelligence, governance and modern management, placing increasing emphasis on structured programme design, quality assurance and regulatory alignment.

In 2025, the academy was rebranded and incorporated in the United Kingdom as IADM Ltd, supporting its international expansion and establishing a UK-based legal and operational framework.

Today, IADM delivers accredited, practice-oriented education for professionals and organisations across the UK and Europe. Our programmes combine academic integrity, practical relevance and regulatory awareness, equipping participants with future-ready skills for responsible decision-making in an increasingly complex digital economy.
