At IADM (International Academy for Digitalization & Management), we are committed to creating learning environments where participants feel respected, supported, and able to engage fully—regardless of background, role, or learning needs.
Inclusive learning
We design and deliver programmes with inclusion in mind. This includes:
clear learning objectives and structured delivery
respectful, professional learning spaces
practical, real-world examples that reflect diverse organisational contexts
a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, harassment, or bullying
Accessibility and reasonable adjustments
We aim to make our training accessible and can provide reasonable adjustments where possible. Depending on the programme format and requirements, this may include:
providing materials in advance (where appropriate)
alternative formats of learning resources (on request)
additional breaks or adjusted pacing for longer sessions
support for participants using assistive technologies
accessibility considerations for on-site delivery (where agreed with the Client)
If you have accessibility requirements, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
Live delivery formats
IADM training is delivered live:
virtually (via Zoom), or
on-site / in-house by agreement.
For virtual sessions, participants are encouraged to join from a quiet environment with a stable internet connection. Where feasible, we will support accessibility features available through the delivery platform.
How to request support
To request adjustments or discuss accessibility needs, please contact:
Email: [email protected]
Please include:
the programme name and date (if known)
a brief description of your requirement
any preferences that would help you participate effectively
We will treat all requests sensitively and aim to respond promptly.
Professional conduct
All participants are expected to contribute to a respectful learning environment. IADM may remove participants who engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.
