What Article 4 says today
The AI literacy duty in Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025. Since the Digital Omnibus amendments entered into force on 27 July 2026, providers and deployers "shall take measures to support the development of AI literacy" of their staff. Training is the most practical way to show that you have done so.
