Potential Analysis

At the International Academy for Digitalization and Management (IADM), we specialize in delivering personalized and scientifically grounded assessments designed to uncover individual strengths, preferences, and potential. Our approach is inclusive, with a strong emphasis on supporting neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD, ADD, autism, and other neurodivergent profiles.

IADM Testing Methods

We employ a range of validated diagnostic tools and techniques to ensure accurate and meaningful insights:

  • Cognitive Assessments: Evaluating problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, working memory, and adaptability.

  • Personality Tests: Exploring traits, motivations, values, and interpersonal dynamics using models such as the Big Five Personality Traits (BFI/NEO-PI-R) and 16PF.

  • Aptitude and Skill Assessments: Measuring numerical, verbal, and abstract reasoning, as well as domain-specific competencies.

  • Behavioral Assessments: Utilizing tools such as the DISC model, Motivational Pattern Analysis, and Situational Judgement Tests (SJT) to assess work behavior and fit.

  • Neurodiversity-Inclusive Diagnostics: Adapted tools and interview techniques that respect cognitive differences and ensure fair assessment for individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum profiles, dyslexia, and more.

Our psychologists and certified assessors are trained in using these instruments with sensitivity and scientific rigor, ensuring both validity and relevance to modern workplace requirements.
